HOW WE DIFFER FROM THE REST
We developed the first and only once-a-month, chlorine-free swimming pool water sanitiser, patented in the USA. A product that disinfects and clarifies the water, offers a filter aid and a rinse-free, food-grade, surface disinfectant - this sets us apart from the rest.
THE JOURNEY STARTED IN 1997
During our work in the agriculture sector, we noticed how farmers struggled to disinfect with simple detergents and sanitisers, making hygiene and disease control difficult and expensive. Contaminated water could not be effectively disinfected without overdosing with chlorine, further harming the animals and the environment. Disinfection of surfaces was not long-lasting. Disinfection could not be carried out in the presence of animals. These challenges offered opportunities and the need to create new formulations and a program that would encompass a holistic approach to hygiene.
IN THE LAB
By analysing existing ingredients that were being used and proven to be very effective in combating specific micro-organisms, we combined a number of these with offering a broad-spectrum, more effective and much safer product range. The synergy between these combined ingredients allowed for low levels of elements to show greater efficacy and remain non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-volatile, non-carcinogenic, and does not cause a genetic change in germs.
PERFECTING THE FORMULA
We developed blends of biocides and new innovative methodologies to eliminate pathogens. We further focused on a 3 tier program that offers the best overall hygiene;

treating contaminated water with a chlorine-free environmentally friendly biocide,
-
treating all surfaces with food-grade biodegradable biocides and
-
preventing airborne pathogens from spreading by developing an atmospheric disinfectant to be used safely in the presence of animals.
The range is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-algal and anti-viral that last over longer distances in pipelines and offers rinse-free, longer-lasting disinfection on surfaces.
