THE
MOBILE SYSTEM
The system is made up of the following:

A petrol (diesel optional) water pump able to pump 20,000Ltr of water per hour from a distance of up to 10m.

A disc filter that removes large suspended solids, protecting the equipment further down the line, and starts the clarification process.

A large 2-tier sediment filter with both activated carbon to remove odours and unwanted chemicals and sediment that filters the water down to 50microns.

3-cartridge filters in parrelel made up of a further carbon filter and two 5micron filters for final clarification.

A dosing unit for the accurate dosage of, depending on the application, either our Nero4U Water Sanitiser, a combination of a Flocculant and Nero4U, our Nero4U Microbial Enzyme Solution or nutrients.

A 20m pipe line that allows for additional contact time with the Nero4U, offering complete disinfection.

Pumping water out of a contaminated water source being it a pond, dam, lake or river for clarification and disinfection using the Nero4U Water Sanitiser.
For severely contaminated and dirty water the unit will pump the water from the water source, dose it with a combination of a flocculant and Nero4U Water Sanitiser and pump it into water tanks to allow for clarification and initial disinfection to take place over 12 – 24 hours. Thereafter the water will be pumped from these tanks back through the mobile unit for final clarification and disinfection.

For certain horticultural applications the mobile unit may be used not only to disinfect and clarify the water but also to dose the nutrients that the plants require.
